Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted unless otherwise required by law.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- If an item was shipped with FREE SHIPPING, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by McHenry Power Equipment Inc.
- You must contact us before returning an item to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Payment Processing Fees
Our payment processor charges a payment processing fee, which may appear as a separate charge associated with your order.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If an order is returned, cancelled, refused, or otherwise refunded, any payment processing fee charged in connection with the transaction will not be refunded, even if the merchandise portion of the order is fully refunded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable payment processing fee is separate from the merchandise purchase price and is non-refundable.
Website Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are online-only prices and are available only for purchases completed through our website.
Website prices, promotions, discounts, and special offers may differ from prices available at our physical retail location and will not be honored for in-store purchases unless specifically stated otherwise.
In-store pricing is determined separately and may vary from the prices shown online.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that website pricing applies only to purchases completed through the website.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, you must contact us by email as soon as possible with your cancellation request.
We will make every effort to cancel an order that has not yet shipped; however, once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved, the merchandise and applicable refundable charges will be refunded. Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
Orders that have already shipped are subject to our regular return policy.
Exchanges
We replace items only when they are defective or damaged and qualify for an exchange.

Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued when an otherwise eligible return:
- Is not in its original condition;
- Is damaged; or
- Is missing parts for reasons not caused by McHenry Power Equipment Inc.
The amount of any partial refund will be determined after the returned merchandise has been inspected.
Items returned outside the 30-day return period may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the returned merchandise has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refundable amount will be credited to your original method of payment, generally within 3 business days of approval.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or where the return is the result of an error by McHenry Power Equipment Inc.
Warranty
Products sold by McHenry Power Equipment Inc. may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Except for any applicable manufacturer warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, McHenry Power Equipment Inc. makes no separate warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the products sold.
Manufacturer warranty claims may be subject to the manufacturer's individual warranty terms, conditions, and procedures.
Order Processing & Shipping
Our goal is to ship all orders within 3 business days.
We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may ship sooner. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Occasionally, inventory discrepancies, manufacturer delays, backorders, or other circumstances outside of our control may result in longer processing times. In the event of a prolonged delay, we will make our best effort to contact you and provide an update.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup for online orders.
