New rotary cutter blade with counterclockwise lift. Blade measures 3.5" x 19.875". The blade is .500" thick and has a 1.5" hole diameter. Blade has 2.5" offset height and 17.375" center hole/end length. For 8 ft. cutters. Fits Rhino rotary cutters.
